Overview

JWP Property Services is a professional property management firm located in downtown Syracuse, New York.  We provide full-service property management solutions with our experienced team. Our areas of focus include office, industrial, and student housing properties.  Our staff includes a director of facilities, financial manager, two property managers, and a parking lot attendant that play an active role in overseeing and maintaining our properties on a day-to-day basis.

We pride ourselves on taking an active role in snow clearing at our properties here in Central New York! JWP Property Services has invested in high-quality equipment including a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD work truck with a Boss Poly V-Plow, Bobcat Toolcat Utility vehicle with a bucket and hydraulic rotating brush for sidewalk snow removal, John Deere x475 pto tractor with a 54" quick hitch snowblower, and a BWise 18' deck gravity tilt trailer.  With an in house management staff and high-quality equipment we can react quickly to daily property management requirements.

Teri McCoy oversees our financial management utilizing Yardi Breeze property management software.  The Yardi Breeze program provides a power general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and a wide range of analytic reports.
